90 - Read-only users can now share episodes

When we introduced read-only access in release 73, we opted not to allow read-only users to share consent episodes. In response to user feedback over the past year – which has highlighted many scenarios where it would be beneficial for read-only users to be able to share consent episodes – we’ve now made that possible.

Where the episode has not previously been shared with the patient, an info banner highlights this to read-only users, prompting confirmation with a clinician that the episode is ready to share. Read-only users cannot enable remote consent during sharing as this is a clinical decision.

Rolling out updates to form validation

We are updating how form validation is done within the clinician and admin applications to make it clearer to users when there are form errors and how to resolve them. As part of the work, we’re ensuring that validation behaviour is consistent across the Concentric applications. Release 90 sees these updates land in the admin application and within the ‘new/edit patient’ page used by healthcare organisations without a demographics integration.
