Regional Growth, Australia
Drive adoption and shape how we grow across Australia
Competitive salary, Remote (Australia), Full-time

Who we are
We’re a small, friendly, clinically-led team focused on shifting the consent and shared decision-making process in healthcare: iteratively evolving the norm to one that is transparent, empowering, personalised, and genuinely shared between clinician and patient. By now, Concentric is used by over 10,000 clinicians, supporting around 28,000 patients each week.

We’ve recently begun our journey in Australia, and momentum is building fast. Concentric is already being used by surgeons and clinics across QLD, VIC, NSW, ACT and NT.
Over the past 12 months, Patrick has built the foundations for Concentric’s presence in Australia while based in Queensland. He’s formed trusted relationships with clinicians, supported our first users, and deepened the team’s understanding of the local healthcare landscape.
Through these conversations and early deployments, we’ve gained confidence that a product proven in the United Kingdom can also thrive in Australia. We’re now having mature, engaged discussions with several health systems about wider adoption. Read our recent blog to see how early adopters are experiencing the impact of Concentric on patient care and clinical workflow.
Our consultative approach to growth has already proven successful in the United Kingdom. By focusing on understanding clinician workflows, building trust, and demonstrating value, we’ve achieved widespread adoption and deep integration. We plan to take the same approach in Australia.
We’re now looking for someone to take the next step with us: our first dedicated hire in the region, ready to bring a proven, category-defining product to market in Australia. This role isn’t about hard selling. It’s about relationships, identifying the right opportunities, and supporting clinicians through the adoption journey.
The role
This Regional Growth role is a rare opportunity to join our team at a pivotal point in its international growth.
We already support over a million people each year at key moments in their care. Joining us now means helping bring that impact to patients and clinicians in Australia. You'll help patients better understand their care and options, leading to more informed decisions, while making clinicians' daily work less stressful and more rewarding.
As our first dedicated hire in the region, you'll build on what's already in place to accelerate adoption. You'll develop trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare organisations, guiding them from initial conversations through to successful onboarding, while shaping our local presence and go-to-market strategy, supported by our clinical and operations teams.
You'll also be the visible presence of our work in the region: representing us at events, building partnerships, and growing into a thought-leadership role in consent and shared decision-making.
We're looking for a motivated, personable and strategic individual who is energised by solving the daily challenges and uncertainties that come with building something in a startup setting. You'll identify, engage and onboard clinicians and healthcare organisations interested in modern, patient-centred digital consent, supporting them through the realities of digital transformation and helping navigate the system and product considerations that differ subtly from those we've seen in the UK.
While you'll be driving much of the work day to day, you won't be doing it alone. You'll work regularly with colleagues across operations, product and integrations, often asynchronously via Slack, with regular virtual catch-ups and visits from the broader team as our presence in the region grows. You’ll work in a different time zone from most of the team (primarily UK-based), with plenty of scope to shape how we grow while staying aligned on priorities. If things go well, you'll play a central role in expanding our team locally.
Your focus
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare organisations, guiding them from first conversations through to successful onboarding,
- Be the visible presence of our work in Australia: representing us at events, building partnerships, and growing our reputation as a leader in digital consent,
- Help shape our go-to-market approach for the region, including messaging, pricing and partnership strategy, and
- Collaborate with colleagues across operations, product and integrations — sharing insights and feedback from the field to help shape how the product evolves for this region.
About you
You might come from a commercial background in digital health, medical devices, or another clinically adjacent setting — or from a clinical or operational background with a strong interest in business development. What matters most is that you bring curiosity, credibility, and the drive to help shape how Concentric grows in Australia. We're looking for someone who is:
- A strong communicator who builds trust with clinicians and stakeholders,
- Curious, proactive and self-motivated — able to work independently day to day while collaborating effectively across a small, focused team, and energised by solving challenges and uncertainty,
- Brings credibility and relationships within the Australian healthcare system — whether through familiarity with the public/private landscape (HHSs, compliance) or through a clinical background or direct experience engaging with clinicians, and
- Aligned with our core values of quality, conviction, and openness and our mission to improve consent and shared decision-making in healthcare.
Salary and benefits
- Competitive salary dependent on experience.
- Advertised as a full-time role, but applications preferring less than FTE (e.g. 0.8) will be given equal consideration.
- We work remotely, with employees mostly based in the UK. For this role, we're looking for someone based in Australia. Office or co-working space costs will be covered if needed, and we'll pay for any equipment you need to do your job.
- 20 days of annual leave, plus all local public holidays.
- Personal development budget and opportunities to attend relevant industry events.
